The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) - Facts every aspirant should know

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is the state organization approved to lead the Civil Services Examination for passage level arrangements to the different Civil Services of Uttar Pradesh. The office's contract is allowed by the Constitution of India. Articles 315 to 323 of Part XIV of the constitution, named Services Under the Union and the States, accommodate a Public Service Commission for the Union and for each state.

 

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) is the conducting authority of the PCS Examination which is responsible for the recruitment of Group A and Group B officers in the administrative services of the state government.

History

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) website: http://uppsc.up.nic.in/ appeared on 1 April 1937, with the principle point of enrolling contender to different administrations in the state. The commission is directed by Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1976.

Origin

Indianisation of the prevalent Civil Services got one of the significant requests of the political development convincing the British Indian Government to consider the setting up of a Public Service Commission for enrollment to its administrations in the region. Under the Government of India Act 1935, unexpectedly, arrangement was made for the development of Public Service Commissions at the common level. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission was established on 1 April 1937 with its base camp at Allahabad. The working of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission is likewise managed by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulation, 1976.

UPPCS Recruitment Selection Process 2021

The selection process for UPPCS Recruitment 2021 consists of three stages:-

UPPSC prescribes a three-stage selection procedure for Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2021. The UPPSC Prelims 2021 exam is qualifying the nature to shortlist candidates for UPPSC Mains 2021 Exam.
