Application Fee:
- General and OBC category candidates need to pay Rs.350/- per application form + bank charges
- SC and ST category candidates need to pay Rs.250/- per application form + bank charges
Steps to Apply for Polytechnic Form 2021:
Candidates can follow the given below steps to fill UP Polytechnic form 2021:
- Visit the official website of JEECUP.
- On the Homepage, click on the ‘online application form’
- Then click ‘New registration’
- Now Enter the basic details i.e. name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
- After that, click on the ‘fill online application form’ and fill in the details in the application form.
- Now click on the ‘click here to proceed’ button.
- Upload scanned image of photograph and signature in the form.
- Click on the ‘pay examination fee’
- Take the printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for other future references.

Qualification:
For Engineering/ Technology Diploma: Passed 10th level with aggregate of 35% marks. Students must have obtained 50% marks in each of Maths, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
For Diploma in Pharmacy: Passed 10+2 level with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/ Maths subject. Students must have obtained 50% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Maths subject.
For Lateral Entry in Engineering/ Technology Diploma: Passed 12th level OR 12th level with vocational/ technical subjects OR ITI trade (2 years). Students must have passed with 40% marks each in PCM subjects and 60% marks in engineering subject (civil, mechanical, electronics, etc.)

UP Polytechnic Admit Card 2021 Download Procedure
Candidates should visit the official website of the JEECUP to download the hall ticket. Candidates can download the admit card as given below.
- Candidates should go to the official website of the JEECUP.
- Click on the ‘JEECUP Admit Card 2021’ showed in the notification window.
- After this, login to the admit card screen using the application number and password.
- After login, the admit card will be displayed on the screen in pdf format.
- Download the UP Polytechnic admit card and save it for further use.
- Take a photocopy of your UP Polytechnic Admit Card for further usage.
