UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination (CMS)
Earlier UPSC released a notice regarding the cancellation of some of the CMS 2020 applications because of the non-payment of the application fee. UPSC CMS 2020 notification was issued on July 29. The last date to submit the UPSC CMS 2020 application was August 18. The UPSC CMS notification 2020 notified 559 vacancies under two categories. UPSC CMS notification 2020 is the first official information which will initiate the UPSC CMS 2020 application process and the candidates will get twenty days from the date of activation of the application window to apply for the UPSC CMS 2020 Exam.
CMS exam is the short name for the Combined Medical Services Exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC). The CMS exam is conducted each year to recruit the candidates for the following positions:
Category I
- Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services
Category II
- Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways
- Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health ServicesÂ
- General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal CouncilÂ
- General Duty Medical Grade-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
